Turn things on, and go to the 990. Then tell me if you hear a clicking sound when sound formats change and/or when you turn the volume on the 990 from -76 to -75 and back and forth and back and forth, everytime there is a "click", and it's not all that subtle.

If anyone had this in the past and fixed it....

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU DID!

Thanks!

I have the 990/7700 combo but no "click" such as you describe. Is it coming through the speakers?

I have an Outlaw 990 and it often does send a popping or clicking sound to the speakers when changing surround modes.

Mine is connected to my Kenwood 6 channel amp.

Unit does not have any otherdiscernable noise problems.
