It's not isolated. It also happened to me. However, I'm pretty happy with Outlaw's customer service, but this is one area that could use some improvement.

I just got my tracking number from Outlaw for and lfm-1 I ordered less than 48 hours ago so, no problems here.

I had a similiar experience. I order a 990 / 7500 combo and xlr cables. 990 showed up 1 day before notification, cables the day of, and the 7500 2 days later.

On a separate note (Not outlaws fault) -- when fedex delivered the 7500, they kicked it out of the truck and took off, even though signature is required

Heh, I had a similar shipping experience with my 37" LCD. I ordered it a couple days before Xmas and got a ship date of January 10. We went away on holiday and came back on January 4. Lo and behold, there was the LCD in the box on my back deck with 3" of snow on top of it. Sigh....
