I have my Panny DB80 hooked to my 970 through the analog inputs and, as others note, I need to boost the Sub by 10 dB(ish).

Does anyone have a slick way to manage the 10 dB switch between sources so I don't blow my walls apart when switching from Bluray to CD?

Slick, to me, means one button push or less. Best I can come up with is a couple of A/B switches back-to-back with a 10 dB pad on one leg.
