yes TNR is not what I thought (back when I got the 1050 I thought it was Tuner)...it is the button that lets all the others work SO...TNR and then the source...you won't have to press TNR everytime but if someone hits one of the other top buttons you will...
hope we are getting to the bottom of this for you...I know how frustrating it was for me...
