Hello everyone, my 970 has just started locking up from time to time (maybe once every 4-5 days). The only way to reset it is by removing the power cable out of the back of the unit. It has the latest firmware available for the 970. The problem started happening about a month ago. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with the 970 I owned. It required a trip back to the Outlaws for a fix, but it solved the problem. As Peter said, call Scott. He'll take care of you.

Thanks guys. I owned the 950 and now the 970 and dealt with Scott before on my 950. I'm sure he can get it solved. I was hoping it was going to be something simple because I'll be upgrading to the 997 when it comes out.
