1. Does this offer have an expiry date? End 2007? As long as 970 stock exists?
2. Can this be used for a B-Stock 970 as well?

1) This offer is available through the month of August.
2) The trade-in allowance is not available towards the purchase of B-stock.

If Outlaw is going to sell the LMC-1's, I might be interested depending on the cost. I'm not in the market for a pre/pro but I would use it for 2 channel in a 2nd system.
Please PM me if you're going to blow them out.
