Since the first test you do with the SMS-1 is to run the sweeps with your main speakers only, has anyone moved those around a bit to help with their placement and bass response, prior to moving on in the process? I realize there's no EQ that can be done, but maybe the data obtained from the mains sweeps can help with some placement tweaks, and ultimately with better integration? Just a thought.

I didn't use the sweeps to adjust placement of my mains, but I did use the sweeps to adjust my crossover. It turns out I had a null a bit below 60Hz that affected my mains (crossover point was 40Hz at the time). By bumping my crossover up, the null fell into the domain of my sub and I was able to EQ it flat.
