The Outlaw Tech said it should run most of the time. So I don't know if I have a problem or not with it now. The felt the top and its warm and I haven't seen the fans run yet. Although I have my receiver in an open rack and always have a large ceiling fan running in the room.

The receiver has been on all evening the fans never came on.
