Just wondering if Outlaw will be able to provide a custom firmware request?

Ex: I would like a have a latest beta with all the analog input and DVI switching are disable.

Because what I need is digital input only. Maybe, it will help the processor running better, more efficient and hopefully the audio bug will go away?????????? :p

What would the benefit be to disabling the analog inputs and the DVI switching? There's no processing taking place in the DVI since it's purely a pass-through. If you have a source configured to use a digital input and have auto polling disabled it's going to effectively ignore the stereo analog input. Neither of these would reduce the load on the DSP section any.

As for the general question of custom firmware, I'd think that the programming work required to produce custom firmware builds would lead to an unappealing price tag. And then there's long-term support. It's a rough analogy, but I've had a decade-long fight with our plumbing designer because he has a personal set of AutoCAD toolbars that require adjustment to work with each new version (syntax changes in the format for writing toolbars being the main culprit) and I've fought tooth and nail to not maintain more than the single office standard menu that everyone else uses. I've fixed syntax errors in his menu a few times, but it took him pitching a fit to the president of the company and the president asking me to do it - and I was still pretty grumpy about doing it. The same thing would be true here: any time that Outlaw released new firmware for any reason, they'd have to turn around and re-create any custom firmware versions that were altered or removed some functionality. They'd also need to have records available for tech support so that if someone called with custom firmware they'd be able to understand how and why that particular unit behaves differently. (Heaven help everybody involved if the unit was sold to someone else and the firmware didn't get changed!) I suspect that Outlaw would politely say "I'm sorry, but we can't do that." (On the other hand, if it were me - as it has been, in the case above - the answer would be "absolutely not!" with perhaps a few less friendly remarks afterward. But that may be some existing bitterness floating to the surface...)

The analog input is so important! The conversion to digital kills the SQ!
