I got my 1070 on Friday and all went well for several hours of playing. Then my DVD player began having problems. Sound would disappear for a split second to a second and then return. At first I thought it only happened at very loud passages in music. So I cleaned the lens and cleaned the CD I was using with no improvement. All got corrected when I turned off the DVD player and the 1070, but it returned later. Again, turning everything off seemed to fix it. The DVD is a Pioneer Elite 59AVi.

Is the firmware upgrade supposed to fix this?
