WildWolf Gunslinger Registered: 10/19/06 Posts: 77 Loc: NorthEast	I just installed the new update. Should I have the sub run LFE or sub+L/R? I guess my question is....if I am watching cable and the sound is being broadcast as Prologic movie instead of Dolby Digital, should I have the sub as LFE only or L/R + sub? My Left and Right are full range Sonus Faber speakers. Since your fronts are "large" (as they must be for you to have the sub options of LFE or sub+L/R), you need to decide if you want for the sub to get the LFE channel only (the "LFE Only" choice) or if you want a "double bass" scenario in which both the fronts and the sub get low frequency data from the front channels (the "Sub+L/R" choice). _________________________ gonk HT Basics \| HDMI FAQ \| Pics \| Remote Files \| Art Show Reviews: Index \| 990 \| speakers \| BDP-93

FAUguy Gunslinger Registered: 12/05/05 Posts: 249 Loc: FL	My font speakers are also floor standing full range (B&W 804S), but I still have them set to "small" so I can use the crossover on the 990. I have the L/R speaker set to 40Hz crossover and the center HTM3S set to 60Hz. Anything lower than that will go to the sub.
