Firmware install question

I am in the middle of installing the new firmware upgrade in my 990. I am using the USB method.
The instructions state, "When the file listing pop-up opens, navigate to the folder where you have saved the installation files and click through the files to locate “outlaw.inf”. Click “OPEN” to continue."
The problem is that when I navigate to the folder with the files in it, I have two choices-
1. Firmware
2. Outlaw Audio Model 990 Driver
Which one do I click on? Am I missing something here?

ok....got past that part.
Now I am trying to load the firmware but I keep getting the device restart error. Is my 990 supposed to be on during this process or just the amber light lit? Is there another reason why I am getting the device restart error?

restarted my computer and it seems to be working now.
