I am having a problem with the install.
I am using the same laptop I previously used for the last upgrade.
The operating system is XP.
I downloaded the program and can get to the actual install, but I keep getting a "restart device" window with in 10-20 sec. I have tried a new USB cable so I assume that is not the problem.

I have deleted and downloaded the complete program 10 times and get the same results.

Next option is to disconnect the 990 and move it to another computer. Not high on my list of things to do but that seems like the next logical choice.

If that fails I will call the Outlaw doctors.

Any other suggestions?

Tried another computer and the install worked as designed.

I had to uninstall the previous Outlaw loader through add/remove programs and reinstall it. Not just delete it.
