I think I have a problem. I sucessifully replaced an old sony dvd player with a new BDP-S550. Seemed to go well and actually watched a Blu-Ray Spiderman 3 with all of the analog output connected. Then I decided I needed to tweak something. Lost the DVD video, the satelite feed, and the HDTV feed. i.e. I have no video. Unplugged the plug and waited 20 minutes and tried again. Nothing changed. Checked the USB/OPR switch and it was correctly set. Next did a sytem reset. Now, in addition to no component viedo, no OSD, the menu button does not respond. Any thoughts?

The mere thought of all you experts providing assistance frightened my 990 into working. For no apparent reason, it returned to normal and everthing works. I have no idea what I did to cause the malfunction and I didn't do anything to cause it to return to normal. Reminds me of my children.
