I am planning on a complete rebuild of my AV gear when we move to AZ in November. I like the sale prices currently on the Outlaw gear. Do I consider buying a 990/7500 combo now while the prices are reduced, or wait until I have relocated in AZ in November? With the understanding that prices will have most certainly gone up by then. Anyones thoughts? I am guessing that the new, if there is going to be one, 990 should be out by then.

That is a quandry. I would guess the big thing is how important decoding in the pre-amp for blueray sound formats is to you. I'm guessing that the new 990 will also have some sort of equalization/room correction capability , but that's merely conjecture at this point. beyond that, who knows ?
I would have to say that at the current pricing, the 990 is an exceptional bargin. If having the latest and greatest isn't one of your major goals in life, I'd recommend the 990.

You might talk to Outlaw and see if they are still offering the $200.00 credit on the new pre/pro, when it comes out, to the original owners of the 990's.
That might help you make you decision a little easier.
By the way I love my 990/7500 combo!!!
