Had a chance to play with the McIntosh C-46. Picked up the remote and it is the same as the Outlaw remote...differences are a rubbery feel and it has McIntosh on it .

Many manufacturers can use the same model remote, which can be purchased from 3rd party vendors. They have programming specific to the particular model and custom labeling, but the guts are the same.
