Gonk, to clarify;
I have 2 HDMI to DVI cables bought from monoprice. I do not have a box or other type of "switcher". It is strictly a cable with HDMI on one end and DVI on the other.
Sorry, but I still have not been able to confirm what device is going on first as my brother has the cables.
