A guy I know on another forum got a hand me down 990 pre amp. the pre amp is toast, was damaged in an electrical storm. He emailed Outlaw and just got a generic email response.

He wants to call and speak to someone in person. He's a very smart guy, but would like to discuss with someone over the phone what the repairs might cost on that 990.

who should he ask for over the phone?

P.S. I know Outlaw has good customer service and I want him to be able to hang up the phone and be able to say that he was taken care of correctly. I don't want Outlaw's customer service to get a bad rap.
