Hello again. I just wanted to say thanks to you all on this forum. Also the references, and info provided by gonk. I thought the 990 not having an HDMI input would be a problem, and it's not. With the input I got, and what I read online, there are ways around that, which is good. Now I am convinced that this is a processor on the top of my list again! Getting to the 990 on sale for $799.00..... Even thought the 990, and an amp are still the same price(combo special), I will still save on free shipping, and $200.00 towards the 990 replacement. With the support in this forum, the excellent reviews online, and customer service, I feel I can't go wrong...Now all I have to do is, bite the bullet, and press the buy button before the end of this month!
