This is what my 990 has for a serial number: MODEL990(A)IL(A)06.11204A0057. But when I enter this number to download the firmware it tells me that the serial number is invalid.

What should I be entering?

Just my two cents, try entering 99011204A0057, see if that works. hope it helps

I haven't run into that format for a serial number previously. You might try just the "06.11204A0057" and see if that works. If not, call or contact Outlaw for an assist.

I had a similar serial number problem. It took two calls to Outlaw to get it resolved with a serial number that was not mine. After that I was able to do the download.

It seems the serial number format was changed on the 990 but not in the server that authorizes access to the firmware download. Hopefully it's fixed by now.
