Liz and Bill O -

I was only lucky because TooMuchActions pointed me to the ecost website which was less expensive than any other that I found. Call me crazy, but the audible improvements that I noticed with the PF60 were these.

I had a popping sound every time that I turned on my amp and there are two high current outlets that I plugged my amps into with a delay of 5, 10 or 15 seconds. Now I no longer hear the popping sound when I turn on the system as the amps are delayed by 5 seconds. You must read the manual on the PF60 for a better explanation.

Also, as I was connecting all of my components to the PF60, I noticed an extreme buzzing coming from the speakers. At that time, only one of two amps was plugged in and when I plugged the other amp in, the buzzing was gone. To be honest, I'm not sure that I noticed any video improvements, but that might be because I had no video problems to begin with.

However, with regard to video problems, which I had at my office set up, I had a similar problem recently and I purchased the following based on info from this forum. I purchased the Jensen, model VRD-1FF cable tv rf isolator. It cost $50.00 and got rid of 90% of the problem. 6th photo down - Jensen, model VRD-1FF.

Also, you might want to try Brickwall for high power audio applications such as an amp and subwoofer, model PW2RAUD, cost $235.00 as recommended from Steve at Outlaw, but I have no personal experience with this. (first photo at left)

I wish you luck as I know how annoying ground loop hum and buzz can be. Please let me know how it goes.
