I have tried unsuccessfully to program the 990 remote for a Denon 2910 (code 0490)and the new DirecTVHD reciever (no published code). I tried entering the codes I had manually and used the search code method, but failed in both cases.

Does anyone have a DirecTVHD code and/or adivce for the Denon 2910?

I have successfully programed other dvd players, the TV and the old satellite reciever.

Try 0059 for the Denon (can't guarantee it'll work, but it might be). As for the DirecTV codes, I'd suggest this list .
