That had to be an all time record. I ordered the 990 yesterday at 10:00 am. Today, I received the email invoice at 12:20 pm and fedex just delivered the package at 12:50 pm. That’s 26 hours and 50 minutes from a phone call to a delivery. Thank you for your excellent service. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Wow, that was pretty fast. Where do you live, locally to the company?

I live on the west coast and it took about 2 weeks. I ordered mine before Christmas so I probably got stuck in that crush.

Initially I was concerned with my purchase, because of a significant 60Hz hum coming from my speakers. I disconnected each device until the hum dissapeared. It was being caused by the VCR which is connected to the cable input. I haven't troubleshooted further but I assume it is being caused by the cable ground. Anyway other than that little problem, no complaints.

The 990 ships out of a warehouse on the east coast, I believe, probably not too terribly far from Outlaw's office in Massachusetts. The amps ship from the west coast (where they are made).

yes I had the same thing happen, got 990 in about a day and the 7125 took about a week to get.
