The only commands available at the remote are for DD, DTS, and stereo modes. There may be some others in the RS-232 interface, but none that can apparently be assigned to the IR database. This was a source of some interest that led to the firmware change that revised behavior of the format buttons so that they display the current mode the first time the button is pushed before beginning to scroll through the other options with subsequent pushes.
