I have tried every possible cable connection and cannot get anything to work. My unit is only 6 months old. Outlaw will not replace it. They want me to send it in and and do warranty work on it, which they say could take 4 to 6 weeks. My last piece of Outlaw equipment.

I want to apologize to Outlaw for this outburst. It was uncalled for. The company did everything possible to try and troubleshoot my unit for me over the phone. They were professional in every way. They stand behind their products and guarantee me that they will figure out what this problem is. Oh yea, I lied when I said no more Outlaw equioment, it is one great sounding piece of equipment. Again, this board was not the place to act so childish, I apologize to Outlaw and those who read and post here for all the great information that is at our disoposal.
Miscanthus.

I've gotta say, Miscanthus, that's a stand-up thing to say. We all can speak (or type) things we later regret when upset or frustrated, but not everybody can acknowledge it. I'm also glad to hear that Outlaw's working to take care of your problem.

Sounds like it's cooler now. Frustration can get the best of us.

You and Axiom will get it worked out!

Miscanthus, so did they help you solve your problem? where do things stand right now?

Everyone gets wound up when new equipment doesn't work like it should.. alot of the times though it's just a setting out of place or something like that.

I know i've been frustrated a few times in here too over the 990.
But in the end.. with the help of the people in here.. it usually gets solved.
