I built the stand myself. Building furniture is another hobby of mine. Probaly 50% of the furniture in my house has been built by me.

Grimster,
Nice furniture. I'm having trouble finding something that will handle paradigms center chanel speaker, the cc-570.
I'll have to go down the path you did and make my own. Hopefully it will turn out as nice as yours.... cool

Anyone remotely interested in me building them furniture, PM me. I'm willing to ship but it sure is expensive thats why I prefer to have people pic it up so it doesn't get damaged. The stand shown in my room now is probaly close too if not over 100lbs. It's made out of solid white oak, all shelves are fixed into place using dado cuts, all trim has been biscuit jointed. The shelves that are holding the amp and pre/pro have had over 500lbs of weights placed on them so there are plenty strong to hold any of Outlaws gear and them some. But seriously, anyone interested e-mail me and I can send you some pics of some of the other furniture I've built in the past.

Sure that's enough breathing room around the amp? Does it get hot?

After running this amp 4 hours at a time it stays cool to the touch.
