Today Bax International brought my 990/7700/SMS1 combo in an inconspicuous white van (could've been sex toys -grin-).
Everything came across the ocean through Albuquerque, Tulsa, Houston, Brussels and Amsterdam and without a dent nor scratch because it was all in double boxes and in general very well packed!
Friends, this final amp is HEAVY !
Despite its rather industrial looking front it's the rear that shines- real WBT speaker sockets and XLR balanced inputs.
Now I never saw these on nicely priced kit like the 990/7700 combo- kudos to the outlaws!
I really like the looks of this Outlaw stuff, really something else than the graveyard finish of your average Japanese home theater gear...

Can't wait replacing my Marantz SR-9600 but will have to wait till the temp drops- hottest July in a century here in Holland - up to 35C !
Sweat streaming down my back with even the slightest activity...
Well, gives me time reading the paperwork that came wth the gear and the by Gonk and others I already gathered in a ledger...

Glad to hear the gear made the trip across the pond safely! I look forward to hearing how it works out for you - once it cools off, that is. I can relate to the heat. 35C (95F) is common around here (we've actually hit 100F all too often lately), but we're equipped for it. It's a different story when that's not the summer norm - hopefully you'll get some relief soon.
