Does anyone know the easiest way to set up the 880 to control Zone 2 of the 990?

You should be able to teach the 880 the commands from the zone 2 remote (that's what I did with my MX-700). In fact, it's possible that the extra remote is already in Harmony's database. As for how to deal with operating the second zone of the 990 (or the 990 in general) from a location that prevents IR control, the options are an IR repeater (such as the Xantech gear I got from HomeTech ) or some sort or an RF remote (such as Harmony's 890) and an RF-to-IR receiver at the equipment rack.

Thanks Gonk, I knew you would be the first to reply and as helpful as always. I thought that I would end up having to teach the commands because I noticed the multiroom button would not turn on zone 2 that was in the Harmony database. Thanks again.
