I programmed the only code in the book for the Sony DVD player, but there is not one button on the remote that will allow me to open the tray (unless I am missing it). Can you help?

There may not be one for the "eject" command (not every remote command gets carried over in universal remotes), or it may be someplace very obscure (the "10+" button for my Yamaha CD player is the "DVD" input button on the 1050's remote).

I also have my Sony DVD programmed into the Outlaw's remote. When I am played an audio CD in it and pushed what I thought would be the button to advance to the next track, it played in 2x forward mode, but did not switch tracks. Anyone have suggestion for that?

Not sure on the eject button but I will test it w/mine tomorrow.

For my Toshiba, the channel up and down buttons are chapter skip.

I've had the same experience as Owl's_Warder -- the channel up/down will serve as track up/down for DVD's and CD's in many cases.
