they are both rated at 125/ch but the EMO is cheaper. the weird noises I've read about with the EMO on channels 6 and 7 is a non issue with me because I won't need them and if I did I have an old Marantz 2 ch for it. Any clear advantages of one over the other? The Emo sure seems to be a heavy sucker. I still put stock in an amps weight. The 7125 is not exactly light comparatively. any input would be great.

I have the LPA-1 and the Outlaw 755 amp. I have been working with Mark from AV123 on the buzzing issue with the Emotiva amp and he and one of his engineers say they now have the isuue that occurred on a small percentage of the amps identified and corrected. I should be getting another unit shipped to me soon and will verify the issue has been resolved. The LPA one does sound very good and seems to be a little stronger in the lower end than the outlaw amps and not quite as revealing on the upper end. If the issue is solved on the LPA-1, I would recommend it to anyone.
