I finally got the credit card thing straightened out, and now Outlaw expects next 990 pallet Tues.

The amp is coming Monday, I took a shot on the the monoprice cabling across the board...Cables due in next Wed.

Next week wait for the 990 will be rough!!!

sounds like the 990 is quickly becoming a favorite with a lot of people.

I want to buy this preamp but I'm still wrestling with the thought, "If ony it had a HDMI or Firewire".....

Get an hdmi<-->DVI adapter or a hdmi/dvi cable. They're dirt cheap.

That's OK...My Yamaha 2092 receiver has served me well for 8 years...another week won't kill me..From all I have read, going to separates with the 990 should be a step up

I guess I should get my order in sooner than later for the 990/7500 combo. The basement final inspection is Friday April 7.

Ordered by 990/7500/LFM-1 combo on Tuesday. No email about a shipment yet.

Ditto on that. Ordered Tuesday with overnight shipping. No word as of tonight (Thursday). I guess they have not received the shipment yet.

I ordered a 990/7125 combo on Friday, too. Luckily, I'm not in any real hurry to get the items as my newly ordered speaker setup is "6-8 weeks" out.

As of today 4PM, 990 pallet held up in customs. Been there since Tuesday. Outlaw said once customs let them go, 1-2 days to them, then they ship out all orders next day. We are all looking at next Wed-Fri delivery window???

I have an anthem mca50 amp and nice looking monoprice cables waiting for a 990!

With my axiom sub, mine was one customs opened up, it had US seizure tape on the box....but all was good.........

Just wondering...about how many 900's did you get in?

Well I received no email last night so I assume that my combo order will go out on Monday. Hopefully I will receive it by Friday so that I have Easter weekend to start setting it all up.

I placed my 990 order on 3/29...But did if from work email...I guess I'll find out Mon whether I was part of Fri shipment or not?????????

Unfortunately, tracking information is entered and mailed on the next business day. Therefore, tracking information for Friday's shipments will be sent out on Monday.

There are more than enough units on hand to cover back orders as we were only out a few days and this was a very large shipment.

I think I missed something - I just read a couple of posts in this thread that mentioned "Monoprice Cables". I have looked around the site but I didn't see anything - is this just a short term promotion that I missed out on?

Anyone received an email yet about shipment of their 990?

Remember the email goes out the next business day after shipment. So who ever gets any email today should of had their shipments go out on Friday. Hopefully the rest of us will see an email tomorrow.

Is it FedEx? FedEx doesn't always update their tracking info is as timely a manner as I'd like. If they prepped your unit for shipping Friday, it would have gone into the database for pickup that day. FedEx Home Delivery also doesn't run on Monday around here (they go Tuesday through Saturday), so it would make sense for nothing to happen today.

I called fedex 800# to see if I could get more info than website had? Fedex rep said Outlaw sent package data info on 4/7, but no real pickup as of 4/10 6PM EST. I sent Outlaw CS an email at 7PM tonight, hopefully tomorrow I get the story........

I never heard no Mon rule for Fedex...Outlaw in a small town?.........

FedEx has split into multiple divisions - including one called FedEx Home Delivery. Here in Memphis (FedEx's home town - their world HQ is here along with one of their biggest hubs), the Home Delivery division runs Tuesday through Saturday rather than Monday through Friday.

I was not aware of all the Fedex flavors!! My concern was that I was part of this last overseas 990 shipment. The tracking # they sent me had the too many digits. So I experimented and trimmed off last digit, started incrementing by 1's I went through 30-40 990 orders on fedex website until I found mine..Those 30-40 orders were placed 4/1 to 4/7...But Scott had said this was a biggy shipment to handle all 990 orders plus some........

Mine is on the way also, but it's already in Willington, Ct. heading to Va. Should be here tomorrow...

My 990/7500 our on their way also, but no tracking number for the LFM-1 unless it is with the 7500.

Looks like the forum could be busy with setup questions this weekend and next week if any issues arise.

mine shipped but ups tracking came up "invoice missing for export" i think outlaw hates me for asking for a t-shirt, ill never learn lol

so outlaw hasnt bothered to respond to my emails, to correct this invoice problem with ups, and now ups has returned the 990 and 7125 back to the outlaw warehouse, this is starting to get really frustrating, its very difficult for me to phone outlaw during business hours, please outlaw i just want the items i have already paid for, the visa payment went through i know this because visa phoned me to make sure this purchase was legit

well this forum has definitly proven its worth to me, after my last post i was promtly emailed by outlaw (steve ) , regarding my problem with shipping,
it turns out the shipping label had come off the package at the ups waystation hub
steve personally drove to ups to drop off my 990 and made sure the paperwork was done correctly by ups and made sure the package was shipped this time

Outlaw did their part, but fedex was lagging!!! I checked status, attempt 1 delivery, wife was not home yesterday. Fedex website did not show out for delivery for today odd?? They forgot to load it on the truck...forget that. I told the rep, I coming to the airport Fedex distr center, you can't no civilians!!!

Well, I ended signing for my 990 in the fedex warehouse at the airport..........

I left a note with my signature on the door Wed, Thur and Fri for the 990,LFM-1 and 7500. Each day they put it in the garage and took the note. I am sure they loved visiting the house three days in a row. The only issue is the LFM-1 looks like it got rear-ended by a pole. The back bottom center is dented about 3/4" and the case is seperated at that point. Already emailed Scott. He said to call Steve and we will work it out.

So the hookup starts tonight. Along with this I haven't even heard the new Polk Audio speakers that I have had for two months. So I am looking forward to a treat.
