What do you guy's think of the Aperion Speakers?

I have them, though they are now put away. I was using them as my l/r for stereo and for 5.1. Thought they were good. Nice cabinet, solid, small. Not the deepest bass, but that's their design. Still, pretty potent. Comparing them to the av123 reference 1's that I have now, I'd say they weren't terribly far behind.

As soon as I can get the mounts and a go ahead, will get my Aperions up as rear surrounds. This may never happen, as I get flak for the "big boxes" already in view. Imagine if I had some Maggies...can you say the d word?

I have an Aperion 5.1 system (the older 522's) with the 12" sub and they sound great, with beautiful imaging, a rock solid bottom end, and really nice build quality. Their customer service is right up there with Outlaw.

I have been to the HT show for the last 10 years and in the last 2-3 I have heard and seen the Aperion speakers. No need to worry. I am a on hands type of audio guy. If it looks good , sounds good it is good. Plain an simple. There is so much that you can read into numbers and specs.
