Was hoping that someone could help to explain how the crossover settings work in general on recievers, etc. Then in particular on the 990. I'm not getting the output through the subwoofer that I expected so I think it may be that my crossover settings are incorrect. Any on will ing to give a little tutorial?

Cedman1, you might want to take a glance at this recent thread . I tried to answer this question for thejoker regarding a 970 and for the 990 as well. If there are other questions that remain unanswered, fire away and we can try to answer them too.
