I have a Sony VPL-HS20 front projector and I hav'nt been able to find the code needed to ditch it's remote.I've tried the sony tv codes 0000,0080 and even tried the learning code function but nothing worked.I'm thinking about getting the MX-700 also.All help welcomed,Thanks...

The MX-700 is a great remote - I've really enjoyed mine. Unfortunately, I don't see many other codes that you might try on the 990's remote, although others here may have some ideas. I guess in addition to 0000 and 0080 you might try 0010 and 0159 (miscellaneous codes for Sony) to see what they do.

Thanks Gonk for the help.The sony codes are still a mistery,but thanks for giving it a shot.I've looked at the mx-700,thats a nice remote.

The Outlaw remote is JP1 compatible. You can program whatever you like in to it.
I just add the Oppo DVD and Panasonic projector.
