Just received my 990/7500 combination. I have been able to get everything setup correctly but my two subs. I have them both connected properly to SW1 & SW2 connections, but no sound. Any ideas?

Did you tell the 990 you have a sub connected in the setup?

Yes -- in the setup, I selected yes for a sub. I also went through the auto setup. When it got to the sub, nothing happened. The system told me that I did not have a sub setup.

Is this a powered sub and turned on? What input are you using on the sub? Sorry if these questions seem simple, just trying to figure out where your at and how you are connected.

Both subs are powered and turned on. Not sure what you mean by, "what input". I just tried a manual configuration where I flagged the sub as yes and turned up the db to +8. Very little to no response in both subs.

Just wondering what input on the sub (LFE, highpass, lowpass, line level connections, etc.) I also assume the volume is turned up on the amp on the subs.

Have you used these subs with another setup and did they work fine there?

I was using the Klipsch with my Pioneer receiver before I picked up the 990/7500 and it worked fine. I just got the Lucid Accoustics sub today. I am using line level connections on both. The volume is turned up half way on both.

Have you turned the 990 off and on or have you cycled through the different sub settings? I remember someone complaining about going through the different sub settings (LFE only, yes, +L/R, etc) and losing the sub until they changed the setting and then went back to their original setting. Sorry, this is all I can think of right now.

I haven't tried to turn the 990 off and on. Will try that and see what happens. Sounds like I may have to call Outlaw on Monday and see if they have any suggestions.

Thanks for your time and replies.
