There are no no physical low frequency filters on the sub output.

Scott Oh now, that's interesting. IIRC the 950 has a 120 Hz Low Pass Filter on the sub out. Or, is it on the 6 CH Direct sub input? Regardless, DVD-Audio fans will want to be careful with titles that use the sub channel as if it were a full range speaker. It may be worthwhile to engage the sub's own filter if you do a lot of listening to DVD-As.
