Pulled the trigger yesterday afternoon as well - 990/770.... hoping it puts my marantz to shame or the wife will kick me into the downstairs bedroom... hey wait, the 990/770 will be down there, its a win win situation!

BTW - anyone using any of the Harmony remotes with the 990/770? Can you use a remote for the 770???? Was doing the demo for their remote and the 770 was listed under amps....

The 770 amp has a 12V trigger input that connects to the 990 - so when the 990 is on, so is the 770. I have no idea why they'd list it in a remote code database.

Thanks gonk..that is what I had guessed, but thought I had it wrong after looking at the code database...

Does the 12v trigger cable come with, or am I on my own for that?

Typically, Outlaw includes a 12V trigger with their amps when you get an amp and processor at the same time, so you should be good to go right out of the box. I got my Model 750 prior to that policy change, but I just used a $3 Radio Shack cable that I already had lying around.
