I just got my confirmation email.

There is a spot on the reservation form to add a message. I would recommend resubmitting the reservation form, and adding a message explaining your situation. Hopefully they will check into it, and reset your date & time to your first reservation attempt.

I got my email from Outlaw within minutes after
signing up for the wait list (around 9:30-ish on
sunday). Meanwhile, I'm the town cryer for this
unit...telling anyone who'll lend an ear! I
think some people still think I'm nuts when they
look at the price, but people have so much music
these days, why not invest in a good sound system
to enjoy it with? It makes no sense to me to
boast about 3,000 cds (or some huge mp3 size) &
still play their music from a cheap boombox or
headset. Considering the lifespan of most
consumer electronics can be up to & over 10
years, it would seem like a very useful
investment to have a good one set up. And
of course movies & cable tv. These tinny speakers
on my flat screen tv are driving me crazy!

That's exactly what I did on my second reservation attempt Monday night, but still no confirmation. Hopefully it's just delayed as was Paratrooper's.

Just a dumb suggestion, which I am sure you probably already checked, but did it arrive in your junk mail folder? I know I have had that problem before.

I got a confirmation notice after my third request, in which I added a note in the comments box. I also got a very nice email from Scott, informing that my first request at 915p was being honored and the other two were being removed from the system. He sugested that my spam blocker may have been the problem. I had checked for blocked mail several times and no mail from Outlaws was blocked. A glich in the Automated process?? I must say this, Outlaw Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced.

They're good folks, alright. Glad to hear you've got your spot in line squared away.

I have been keeping an eye on my blocked mail folder. I'll try again.

I submitted my reservation Sunday night about 9:20. I receiced my confirmation Monday at 5:25 EST.
