My old Bose 2.1 system for my Dell XPS is going fast. There is some loose-wire noise from the sub that I haven't been able to fix, and anyway, my Audigy sound card supports 5.1 sound, so maybe now is the time to upgrade.

I'm not looking for Outlaw-quality sound here. Just something to sound good when I play a few games, listen to Internet radio as background when I'm writing, etc. Any suggestions for a good, powered 5.1 system appropriate for a library/office environment?
