All of you are wrong. Through my research in the Canadian wilds, where the midget invasion has begun, I have uncovered the true meaning of ICBM:

INTERNAL COMBUSTION BASS MIDGET.

You see, the fine folks at Outlaw, through years of research at truck stops and dwarf-tossing events, learned that there are two things which create the deepest bass imaginable: diesel engines and midgets beating large bass drums. Through the miracle of modern technology, they're prepared to bring you the ultimate in bass reproduction -- a combination of both large diesel engines and funny little dwarves with percussion instruments.

The midget will be seated in a clear plexiglass enclosure, with only his little arms exposed. Mounted to this enclosure will be an oversized bass drum. Electrodes attached to the midget's ears will convert the LFE channel to electric shocks, forcing the midget to convulse and strike the bass drum at the exact frequency required by the source material.

But what will the fine folks at Outlaw be using to amplify this ingenious device? That's right -- a 12-cylinder behemoth diesel engine, ripped straight from a used Peterbilt. The compressed exhaust from this monster engine will be used to pressurize the air from the midget/bass unit into an eight foot wide ceramic horn mounted conveniently on the side of the PME (plexiglass midget enclosure).

Prepare for the ultimate home theater experience with Outlaw's Internal Combustion Bass Midget. Unfortunately, due to the death of test subjects forced to listen to the ICBM's 180db peak output, initial orders will be limited to military personnel only.

I thought it was Independently Conltrolled Bass Management, but thatnks to Smith for getting that one ahead of me, so I'll have to go with the variation of Independently Controlled Bass Manager or Individually COntrolled Bass Manager (or Management)
