gonk...I know you had/have a 1050...wouldja pay $405 shipped for a listed 9/10 Outlaw Audio 1050 with original box, remote and unit...ia this still a "deal" (albeit not as good as a $300 deal) in this price range or should I look elsewhere???
I am really just above my "pain threshold" for buying one of these but if their quality will hold up it may still be vialble...your thoughts or anyone else care to share???

My first reaction was "yike" (since it has to be at least 3+ years old and would have cost $500 new unless it's closer to six years old), but shipping is included and I'd have to consider how far it's traveling - shipping something as heavy as a receiver via UPS with insurance can run you $50 pretty easily. They're good receivers and the used market clearly indicates they still have something of a cult following.

Yiike was my first reaction too...California to Chicago VIA UPS...supposed to be in excellent condition with all books, remote and original box...I haven't heard back from the seller after getting a different name on an email response...hmmmm...if he waits too long I will lose interest...

well the seller just now responded to me and said the reason for the two different names is one is his first name and one is his second name shortened...hmmmmmm...yeah, I do that too...sometimes use my first name only and sometimes use part of my last name in my signature...wasn't meant to be...I seem to be having BAD luck with a-Gone lately...ebay is better but that isn't so good either...
