I just picked up a second ICBM for only $200. I got it so that I could use my two ICBMs after my SACD and my DVD-A decks and before the Sony P9K 5.1 preamp/switcher. I love my current ICBM, but using it after my P9K required me to get up and manually switch the ICBM to bypass when I watched a movie using my Outlaw 950. Now, I can just keep my fat ass sqarely on the couch. ------------------ Take Care, merc

Merc, So your the one who beat me to it. I've been checking the for sale portion of the forums religiously looking for a used one. I got called out to a meeting this and morning and when I got back it was listed and gone. If you start to feel like your health is suffering from lack of excersize from not moving your "fat ass"of the sofa , I'll be glad to take one off of your hands. Hi Lee, Hehehehe, you almost did beat me to it though. I saw it on HTF but since I am no longer a member there, and couldn't post there, I had to quickly dig up James email address from some old emails when we last did business. Luckily, no one had responded by the time he opened my email. Now... if only I can find three pairs of .5M Outlaw PCAs for a good used price...? ------------------ Take Care, merc

Hmm, I'm a little bit confused how you're using them, esp. with how you've got the P9K hooked up. Could you provide a diagram? Also, is this setup, in your opinion, the "best case" for a 950 system that needs to have bass management on multiple 5.1 inputs?

Matthew: Here is how it is hooked up. SACD-->ICBM-->P9K-->Amp DVD-A-->ICBM-->P9K-->Amp 950-->P9K(bypass)-->Amp Everything runs through the P9K to my amps to my speakers.
You could also use a single ICBM after the P9K but then you would need to switch it to bypass when you watch movies.

Oh, okay. I was confused because I thought you had the P9k before the 950.

Merc, I think that's a a little overkill on the bass management. Lee
