I would hope that Yamaha's flagship receiver would have some sort of decent and useable bass management included. I don't know a lot about the bass management on the RX-V1, but all I could find in the manual was the ability to set speakers as "large" or "small" -- no adjustable crossover. If that's really the case, the ICBM would offer adjustable crossovers as well as the option for stereo subs. Could be pretty useful. Have you been having trouble getting the bass management set the way you want it?

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on the ICBM, but not on the cables Outlaw sells. If you're not sure about it, you might want to hold off on buying "permanent" cables for it until after the 30-day period.
