We all know about the delays in the 950, but has anyone heard why the 770 hasn't shipped yet? I am not on the reservation list yet, but I thought that the whole plan was for the 950 and 770 to ship around the same time. Well, the 950 has been delayed for all sorts of reasons, but I haven't read anything on the delay of the 770. Why not?

It sounds like Outlaw has been waiting to send the 770's at the same time they send the 950's. A couple people have called or e-mailed and asked that they get their 770's now and wait for the 950's to arrive later.

Sorry Benjamin, I wasn't real clear in my first post. I meant to say "a couple people have called or e-mailed and asked that they get their 770's now and wait for the 950's to arrive later, and have received their amps." Got a bit ahead of myself...

I actually orderd my 770 on Tuesday and, according to the UPS tracking, should see it on Friday. I'm not sure how soon I'll have it up and going, but as soon as I do, I will post something. I am going to have a dedicated circuit installed for it and need to get that in first. Ah, I'll probably just end up plugging it in and letting it rip

Don't forget the forklift to get it into your rack.

I'm not kidding. The specs say it's heavier than my 755 by 12 lbs.

But it's worth it.

I have recieved my 770. I ordered my 950/770
at 10:03. When the 950 was delayed I was given the option of getting the 770 last week or waiting until the 950 shipped. I asked them to ship the 770. It was very well packed. Looks solid and very well built. Heavy. But quiet and lonely without the 950.

I called outlaw to find out what I needed to connect the 950/770. They were very helpful. If you place your cable order they will put the cables in the same box as the 950 and it will save you a shipping fee. The cables apparently do come from the 770's shipping site.
