I have been on business for a few weeks and come home and my 950 turns on, but no sound! I plug another source into the amp and it works! I tried the unplugged for 10 minutes thing, but it did not help. I looked in the book and also would like to do the reset, but the knob will not come off! How hard do you have to pull to get that sucker off??? Im not comfortable pulling much more, definately past the gently area!!! This is a blue dot one...Outlaws did yall superglue them on??

Got the knob off and the reset did not work...guess I better get with the outlaws!
