So after getting my replacement 950 (due to the fading LCD problem) I'm trying to reprogram the new remote, and I figure I'll mess with the macros. M2 through M4 are programmed to switch between DVD, satellite, and VCR. Well after getting the sequences put in I thought it wasn't working correctly, but eventually found that it's just taking up to 10 seconds to switch the 950 input.

I've got the macro programmed as such; TV, TV input switch, DVD. The others are the same formula. The manual says it can take up to 10 seconds for a full macro, but this is far from full. Do I have a faulty remote, or am I just overloooking something? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm really impressed so far. Even with having to switch units-the service was great. I had a new unit inside a week, and returning the old one was even easier. Hell of a lot easier than returning stuff to the store. Way to go Outlaws!
