My speaker system is similar to what you are describing -- Studio/60's, Studio/CC, (3) Studio/ADP's (all of them the v.2, which is being replaced by the v.3 that you are getting), and an SVS powered cylinder sub -- and I am using the 950/750 (755's predecessor) with great success. I have the Studio/60's and Studio/CC bi-wired (not bi-amped), and have found the 750's 165W/channel to be more than adequate -- the 755 (or the 770 or 200) would definitely drive those speakers comfortably.

you should look for 7.1 amp dts es and dd ex
an prologic ii for 800 or 900$even less

Hmmm... 7.1 channels, DTS ES, DD EX, Pro Logic II, total price between $800 and $900? That's a tall request for that price. (Light bulb pops on above Sanjay's head!) Wait, I got it: how about the Model 950 from Outlaw Audio?
