I just ordered my 950. I am running Paradigm Studio 60's, CC, 20's and Servo-15 sub. I am using the Outlaw 750 amp. How do you think it will sound. Just running 5.1 for now. Will the speakers sound alright?

Grrrreat ��seriously I think you�ll be very pleased.

Not familiar with your speakers but don't sweat the 5.1. To me it�s like the difference between (quality of electronics parts used by various manuf. taken into account).
Composite to S-V ( a larger improvement)
and S-V to Component. (less drama to the improvement yet DOES make a noted difference)

Or like putting a progressive DVD player on largish display (practically required) or adding one to a smaller display (not so noticeable improvement).

I feel the speaker (count) is not as enormous an improvement to your SS as it is when you revamp.an old PL receiver and upgrade to something like the 950. I just personally perceive it as a smaller net gain when running 6.1 or 7.1 (over 5.1).

I have however a VERY small space where speaker distance is too tight (overlap) . I suspect someone with a cavern for a HT room , would realize a greater gain from 6.1 or 7.1. (just more seamless surround).
The 6th and 7th do add to enjoyment, - but this can also be recording (material) dependent.

I think your setup will sound fine. I can speak for Paradigm speakers and the Outlaw 750. I have Ref.20's all the way around with the Studio CC along with Mini Monitors for the surround back speakers and it sounds really nice. I don't have the Servo 15 but I have heard it is nice. I have an SVS sub. Congrats. You should enjoy the 950.

That's extremely similar to my setup -- 950, 750, Studio 60's, CC, and ADP's (3 of them, one driven by an old Parasound amp), and an SVS 25-31PCi sub. It's very nice...

I'm with Dale on this one. "You're in for a treat. I'm running a Studio CC, 2 Studio 40s, 4 Studio 20s, and a PW 2200 sub with the 950/770 combo and believe me when I say, "you'll be quite pleased with your 950 addition".

What more can I say? Maybe "Awesome!"
