following is the text of an e-mail sent to Outlaw customer support:

Today I completed the replacement E-PROM on my 955 processor. As someone who has a fair amount of experience inside computers and other devices, I felt capable of doing the job myself. I found your instructions to be exceptionally clear and concise. Everything went as it should, and I can't compliment your service and products enough. Your website and forums are an invaluable resource, adding considerable value to the products you sell. Keep up the good work and I will always be a loyal customer as well as word-of-mouth marketing to my friends and acquaintances.

Should anyone with the ability to get inside a computer, change boards, add memory, etc. feel reluctant to attempt this modification, it is not a difficult project. I am not currently using DTS ES but I may in the future, and if I should sell my 955 it should perform completely as specified.

I ordered my card on 3/29/03, and again about a month later. Still waiting, and getting annoyed at this point. I'm thinking about relegating it to the garage with 20 years of other electronic junk, and buying a unit with fewer problems.

I included my model #, name, address and e-mail in the message I sent. They responded promptly and I recieved the e-prom in about 10 days.

Every request I had received was sent out before I left for HE 2003. Please give me a call Tuesday morning and we can try to figure out why there seems to be a problem.

I will call on Tuesday. Both times I applied was through the web site application form. The second time was through your request Scott, but I will try and call Tuesday. I have never called because I know everyone is busy, but I would like to get my card.
