I'm the proud owner of new 950/7100 combo. The tuner is a surprise, so much so that I have been using it as a house audio source.

I noticed the other day that the 7100 was on even though the 950 was off except for the multi-room feature.

The manual doesn't say it should or shouldn't be on exactly. I assumed it would not be on in this mode. What have others experienced?
